AI and Automated Output
Artificial intelligence and automated scanners can produce incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or contextually inappropriate results. You are responsible for reviewing all findings, code, recommendations, and generated content before implementing or relying on them.
Accessibility and ADA
The toolkit can identify and help improve many common accessibility issues, including alt text, heading structure, form labels, landmarks, contrast, keyboard usability, and semantic markup. It does not certify or guarantee compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, WCAG, Section 508, state law, local law, contractual obligations, or any other accessibility requirement.
Accessibility requirements vary by jurisdiction, industry, organization, content, and user population. You should consult qualified accessibility professionals, test with assistive technologies and real users, and obtain advice from your own legal counsel regarding obligations applicable to you.
Security
Security findings are limited, visible configuration and hardening recommendations. They are not penetration testing, vulnerability certification, incident response, or a guarantee that a website is secure or cannot be compromised. Consult a qualified security professional for security-sensitive decisions.
AI Discoverability
No tool can guarantee that ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, search engines, or any other AI platform will crawl, cite, rank, recommend, or display your website. Those platforms control their own systems, policies, data sources, and outputs.
Professional Review
Before relying on output for legal, compliance, privacy, security, accessibility, financial, insurance, or regulatory purposes, consult qualified professionals and review applicable laws and contractual obligations.
